Saskatoon, SK and Vancouver, BC – March 02, 2010 – Point2 Technologies Inc.’s (“Point2”) Chief Operating Officer, Zach Scott, will address nearly 200 of the country’s real estate Multiple Listing Service (MLS) executives on key issues pertaining to listing syndication, at the 9th Clareity Consulting Annual MLS Executive Workshop to be held at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort in Scottsdale, AZ, March 3-5, 2010.
Scott’s presentation, Distribution Trumps Destination will be part of a panel session titled Syndication: Teach Your Brokers Well, during which Scott will impart core principles and unravel forward thinking that have been central to the rapid adoption of Point2’s syndication service for organized real estate by progressive MLSs and Associations across the United States.
Amongst a number of potentially paralyzing myths that can limit brokers’ competitiveness online, Scott will tackle key questions including whether syndication:
- promotes stale or inaccurate data;
- levels the playing field for brokers and agents competing in the marketplace; and,
- creates a data duplication nightmare for the industry.
