Baczkowski to discuss listing syndication model; consumer expectations, broker security, productivity, data consistency amongst key topics

Baczkowski, vice president, sales and marketing Point2, will participate on a speaker panel at the Council of Multiple Listing Service (CMLS) Workshop being held during the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Midyear Legislative Meetings and Trade Expo in Washington, DC, May 9-14, 2011.

Baczkowski, a former real estate association CEO and 30 year industry veteran will join senior executives from major consumer real estate portals and data aggregation solution providers during a five hour multi-panel workshop that will engage 100 association executives on listing data syndication, data management and licensing advances and issues.

The workshop will take place on Tuesday May 10, 2011 at the Washington Hilton, DC, located at 1919 Connecticut Ave NW, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
